Requirements

• Notifies client three months in advance of vehicles coming to End of Contract.
  Follows-up on a monthly basis as to date and time of collection.
  Ensures End of Contract Schedule is updated on a daily basis.
  Ensures vehicles are collected, extended or settled timeously to reduce the bank’s residual value risk.
  Ensures NATIS document, Spare keys and all other related documents are available for the sale of the vehicle and delivered on time.
  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  EoC notification letters distributed 3 months in advance.
  RPU and RV finalised by EoC date.
  Inspection of vehicles within 48 hours of notification date.
  Collection of vehicles within 48hrs of EoC date
  EoC stock schedule updated daily
